Airlines agree to meet 2020 carbon emission targets

Airlines that have been greatly hit by the financial crisis said that they are aware of the carbon emission targets set by 2020.
They all said that the target was ambitious and costly, but nevertheless agreed to meet the specified targets. However, the airlines cited some possible negative effects such as expensive air travel, minimal growth in the industry, and the such.
