Historians say that the land in American Praires was covered with tall grass in the ancient times although that has given way to commercial crops nowadays. But as they say history repeats itself and now scientists are again interested in growing the same old grass but for a new reason - making biofuel out of it. Switchgrass is one such variety which can prove very useful for this venture so the moral of the story is switchgrass or switch to grassLink: Biofuels from Switchgrass: Greener Energy Pastures Index for District of Columbia District of Columbia Tags: green energy • switchgrass gas • 0 Comments. - Permalink |
